🇺🇸 REMOVALS – NEW YORK CITY STYLE! 🗽📦

While we were out in America, I had to stop and film these guys from Roadway Moving doing what we do back home… but on a completely different level!

Moving customers in and out of high-rise apartments in the middle of the city must be a serious operation. 🏙️

Instead of pulling up outside a normal house or estate, they’re dealing with busy city streets, parking restrictions, lifts/elevators, long walks through apartment buildings and getting everything safely from way up in the building down to the truck.

What really caught my eye was how organised everything was. All their packaging materials were laid out on the pavement ready to go, and every time they came back down from the apartment they appeared to secure the back of the truck again — obviously you can’t just leave a removal vehicle open and unattended on a New York street!

They must also have some sort of permits or arrangements in place just to get a removal truck parked outside some of these buildings. 🚚

Massive respect to Roadway Moving and all the removal crews working in cities like New York. 👏

We know how hard removals can be back here in the UK… but doing them hundreds of feet up in the air, using elevators and working from a busy city pavement definitely adds another challenge! 😂💪

Always interesting seeing how the same industry operates on the other side of the Atlantic. 🇬🇧🤝🇺🇸
