During a recent visit to one of our managed residential blocks, our team carried out a comprehensive assessment of the property's maintenance, safety, and compliance requirements.

The visit identified several actions, including:

- Removal of waste left by previous electrical contractors
- Assessing communal windows that require restrictors to improve resident safety
- General external housekeeping and recommendations for updated site and no-smoking signage
- Identifying an incorrect isolation spur on the AOV smoke vent system, with an anti-tamper solution recommended to ensure the life safety system remains permanently powered
- Repairs required to the main entrance door latch and lock
- Quotation provided for remedial works to the intercom system
