We’re delighted to celebrate our Practice Manager, Amanda Davies, on her five-year anniversary with the firm.

Amanda joined us in October 2021, bringing with her more than 20 years’ senior management experience within the legal sector, with expertise spanning practice management, compliance, finance, operations and HR.

Over the past five years, Amanda has become an integral part of the firm, playing an important role in supporting our continued growth and development. Her extensive experience in establishing and developing legal practices, managing multi-site operations and supporting successful legal start-ups has been invaluable.

Cardiff Half Marathon complete! Congratulations to our criminal defence solicitor Lewis, who ran the iconic Cardiff Half Marathon yesterday in warm conditions, with an impressive chip time of 1:47:11.

With over 29,000 runners participating along with a record breaking elite field, the 2026 Cardiff Half Marathon was a resounding success, congratulations to everyone who ran, particularly the runners fundraising for worthy causes close to their hearts.

Lewis ran yesterday for a cause that’s particularly personal, fundraising for the Maxillofacial services at the Royal Gwent Hospital. The service has had a meaningful impact on his life.

We’re incredibly proud of his dedication and the miles he has put in to raise awareness and vital funds for this important cause.

We’re delighted to celebrate a work anniversary today, as Aleesha marks two years with the firm!

Aleesha joined us in October 2024 on the New Business team, initially on a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. In September 2025, she began her apprenticeship with us.

A former pupil of Whitchurch High School, Cardiff, Aleesha studied Law at A-level and was considering whether to take the traditional route into university or pursue an apprenticeship.

She has since embarked on a Level 3 Legal Services Apprenticeship through Brightlink Learning in Cardiff. The Level 3 apprenticeship mirrors the CILEX CPQ Foundation Stage. Following a series of exams, Aleesha will qualify as a CILEX Paralegal and can then consider progressing to the Level 5 apprenticeship, which would lead to qualification as a CILEX Advanced Paralegal.

Congratulations, Aleesha, on your two-year work anniversary! Here’s to many more to come.
