🌟 Fantastic feedback for Natasha! 🌟

We’re always delighted to hear when our clients have had such a positive experience with a member of our team.

This time, it’s Natasha Cane who has received some wonderful feedback from her client, Errol. We’ve shared Errol’s kind words alongside a photo of Natasha — and we think they speak for themselves! ❤️

Natasha has been part of the Pearson Hards family for over 10 years. She first joined us in 2016 and began her career with the firm before moving into our conveyancing team. After gaining valuable experience at a larger firm, we were thrilled when Natasha decided to return to Pearson Hards.

She has recently re-joined us as a Trainee Conveyancer and is continuing to develop her career in residential property, helping clients with sales, purchases, transfers and remortgages.

It’s lovely to see Natasha’s hard work, professionalism and commitment to her clients being recognised.

Well done, Natasha! 👏 And thank you to Errol for taking the time to share such lovely feedback.

We love hearing from our clients — and this feedback for Claire Darby really made us smile. ❤️

Claire recently helped a client with his Settlement Agreement, guiding him through what can be a stressful and uncertain time.

A big part of what Claire does is making sure clients understand their options, feel comfortable asking questions and know they have someone in their corner.

So it’s particularly lovely when a client takes the time to tell us about their experience.

Thank you for the kind words — and well done, Claire!

We were really touched to receive this feedback from one of our clients, following his experience with our Family Law team.

Going through divorce, sorting out finances and making arrangements for children can be an incredibly difficult and emotional time. For us, it’s important that clients feel supported throughout the process, not just advised on the law.

Karl kindly shared:

“Navigating the process of divorce, finances and children matters was incredibly stressful, but Chloe Langdon and Emma Rothstein were outstanding from start to finish.

Their advice was always clear, consistent and easy to understand. They took the time to explain every stage of the process and the implications of decisions being made, which made a huge difference during such a difficult period.

What really stood out was the empathy and emotional support they showed throughout. I never felt like just another case, they genuinely cared and were always available when I needed reassurance or guidance.”

We’re particularly proud of Chloe and Emma for the care they showed Karl throughout what was clearly a very challenging period.

Thank you, Karl, for taking the time to share your experience and for putting your trust in us. Feedback like this means a great deal to the whole team.

If you’re going through a difficult family situation and need someone to talk things through with, our Family Law team is here to help.

Don’t wait until it’s too late to put an LPA in place.

A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) isn’t just something to think about when you’re older. Life can change unexpectedly, and having an LPA in place means someone you trust can step in and help manage your affairs if you’re unable to do so yourself.

Importantly, an LPA can take effect as soon as it has been registered — you don’t have to wait until you lose capacity.

Whether it’s managing finances, dealing with property or making decisions about your health and welfare, an LPA gives you control over who can act on your behalf and can provide invaluable peace of mind for you and your family.

It’s one of those things that’s easy to put off… until you really need it.

If you’d like to know more about LPAs and whether they’re right for you, get in touch with our team. We’re always happy to help.

A lovely surprise for Emma today!

We were so pleased to see these beautiful flowers arrive at the office for Emma from a very grateful client.

Family law can be incredibly personal, and Emma often supports people through some of the most difficult and emotional times in their lives. Being able to listen, provide advice and help someone navigate what can feel like a very uncertain time is a huge part of what makes the job so rewarding.

So when a client takes the time to send such a thoughtful thank you, it really does mean a lot.

We’re incredibly grateful to all our clients for the trust they place in us. Knowing that we’ve been able to make a difference to someone, even in a small way, is one of the best parts of what we do.

And of course, we’re very happy to have some beautiful flowers brightening up the office!

Thank you to Emma’s lovely client for such a thoughtful gesture.

⭐ We love hearing from happy clients! ⭐

There's nothing better than receiving positive feedback, especially when it recognises the teamwork that goes on behind the scenes.

We were thrilled to receive a wonderful Google review from a recent client who praised the way our Family and Conveyancing teams worked together throughout their matter.

A special mention goes to Emma Rothstein and Elena Mitejko from our Family team, along with Emily Holland from our Conveyancing team.

Their communication, care and collaborative approach helped ensure our client felt supported every step of the way.

At Pearson Hards, we know that every client's situation is unique. Sometimes that means bringing together expertise from different areas of the firm to achieve the best possible outcome.

We're proud of the way our teams work together, and it's always rewarding when our clients notice too.

A huge thank you to our client for taking the time to leave such kind words. Your feedback means so much to us and to the whole team. 💙
