Located in the heart of New Malden, Pearson Hards is the merged firm of Pearson Maddin and ACS Hards New Malden firm ACS Hards & Co.

Pearson Hards may be a new name, and our approach is fresh and progressive, but we go back a long way. New Malden based Pearsons began in 1963 and just over 30 years later joined forces with C A Maddin, a longstanding firm which had been serving the people of Surbiton since 1928. started in 1965 as a successor to AG Berry and Co which can trace its history right back to the turn of the century in the city of London and to the early 1930s in New Malden. Together we are looking to the future: a future where the core values that served our clients through the generations are still as important as ever, but where we embrace the changing faces of life and family, of communication and technology, and of clients’ expectations. With over 20 years of experience in the legal profession, Susan brings a wealth of knowledge to our Private Client team. She helps clients with a range of matters, including wills, probate, trusts, estate administration and inheritance tax.

As well as being an experienced solicitor, Susan has spent many years lecturing and training future legal professionals, sharing her knowledge with the next generation.

Yesterday, Claire-Louise from our team attended a lovely care networking event at Sherwood Grange Care Home. 💙

It was a great opportunity to catch up with familiar faces, meet new people and hear about some of the fantastic work happening in our local community.

David from Adopt a Grandparent spoke about the charity’s work helping to reduce loneliness and social isolation amongst older people, and how they are always looking for volunteers and donations.
