Coronavirus impact on family mediation

Families will continue to need family mediation regardless of the impact of the coronavirus epidemic.

Our team have the capacity to offer both Assessment Meetings (MIAMs) and Mediation Sessions on-line, using a reliable but straightforward video-conferencing platform, which will work with your smartphone, tablet or computer (if it has camera and microphone – as most laptops do).

If you need Family Mediation, but are concerned about attending meetings in person, please let us know and we give you all the information you need to access our on-line service.

Like all businesses we are monitoring Government advice constantly but for now, we are still seeing clients for essential appointments only, provided the clients are in good health and not subject to any symptoms of Coronavirus. We have implemented additional cleaning measures and are avoiding physical contact, to ensure the safety of our staff and our clients in our premises.
Where possible we are avoiding face to face client meetings and instead offering telephone or video conferencing, embracing technology such as Skype and FaceTime to ‘virtually’ meet with clients.
Our team are equipped to work remotely if we have to.
Inevitably, now that schools are closing, our workforce will be impacted by childcare. We will continue to provide the best possible service but ask for patience and understanding as delays are unavoidable.
Like every other business sector, we are doing all we can to keep going in spite of the chaos that is unfolding.
Let’s all hope that life can return to normal as soon as possible. In the meantime, stay safe ###

So 2019 is almost over! As indeed is the last decade! We are very excited to start 2020 but want to take this time to thank all of our clients, business partners and most of all our wonderful team, for making 2019 a happy and successful year. Wishing everyone all the very best for 2020. Happy New Year from all of us at HSW ###
