A job opportunity has arisen at G Spilsbury & Co and we are looking to welcome a full time receptionist to join our team! We are looking for a polite and well mannered individual to work at the forefront of our busy office on a full time basis.
⏰Hours- Monday - Friday 9am-5pm⏰
📞Essential Qualities📞
Experience working as a receptionist in a Solicitors practice would be preferred.
Polite and Well Mannered.
Good telephone manner.
Good organisational skills.
The ability to work as part of a team in a high paced legal practice.
To maintain privacy & confidentiality.
The ability to operate a diary system.
🖥️Some duties and responsibilities🖥️
Answering the telephone.
To be proactive on the telephone at all times of the day taking messages and referring calls to the relevant departments (excluding lunch break).
Meeting and greeting clients.
Providing administrative assistance to other teams when required.
