A Lasting Power of Attorney allows you to choose who can make decisions for you if you are unable to make them yourself.

Many families assume a spouse, adult child or close relative would automatically be able to help with finances, bills or important decisions.

Unfortunately, that is not always the case.

Without an LPA, your family may face delays, stress and extra steps before they can help in the way they want to.
