You know what I’m fed up of seeing?
ChatGPT posters promoting businesses.
It screams:
£0 marketing budget for your clients… but £20 a month for ChatGPT. 🤦♀️
And before anyone gets offended, AI is brilliant. I use it myself.
But honestly… EVERY. SINGLE. POST. LOOKS. THE. SAME.
Same fonts.
Same generic houses.
Same cheesy slogans.
Same AI-generated everything.
And then we hear:
“AI will take over your jobs.”
I’m sure it might take over a few things…
But you know what AI can’t do?
It can’t draw as well as 29-year-old Megan Hurst can. 😂
It can’t sit across the table from someone and genuinely listen to why they need to sell their home.
It can’t pick up the phone when you’re panicking because your buyer might pull out.
It can’t walk into your home, look around, understand the local market and give you an honest valuation.
And it certainly can’t sit in a high street office waiting for you to walk through the door because you’d rather speak to an actual person.
So yes…
AI is great.
But you know what’s greater?
Your local estate agent.
The one who knows your town.
Knows the market.
Knows the people.
And most importantly…
Knows that selling a home is about people, not prompts.
So before you replace your local estate agent with AI…
Pop into your local office and have a chat.
Because sometimes, you just can’t beat a human being. ❤️
And please… for the love of estate agency, stop making every bloody poster with ChatGPT. 😂
