Legal Secretary (Part-Time) – Stokesley

We’re looking for a Legal Secretary to join our friendly team in Stokesley. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing firm, supporting fee earners and helping keep our office running smoothly.

The Role
• Reception and telephone duties
• Audio typing and admin support for fee earners
• Managing diaries, appointments, and new client enquiries
• Preparing and handling legal documents, bundles, scanning,
and filing
• Supporting billing, file management, and compliance tasks

About You
• Previous legal secretary experience is preferred (administration
background also considered)
• Strong typing and IT skills (digital dictation an advantage)
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Organised, motivated, and able to prioritise under pressure

📍 Location: Stokesley (in person)
