We specialise in providing advice on wills, powers of attorney and living wills. We provide advice on inheritance tax, and how that may affect your estate, and discuss future planning for care fees. ce for those dealing with a persons estate when they have sadly passed away. All of our fees are fixed, so you are clear on what you are paying, and what documents you will receive from YWME. We have simplified the process involved with making these documents, being available to you at times that suit you, and out of office hours. We aim to complete documents for you quickly and produce them in plain English, so you can understand them and so that we minimise stress and give you piece of mind. YWME puts you in control of what you want to happen to what you own. Many people put such things off for a rainy day that never comes. Are LASTING POWERS OF ATTORNEY (LPA’S) just for the elderly?
FALSE!

Many associate mental and physical incapacity to old age with conditions such as Dementia.

But the reality is that we do not have a crystal ball 🔮 to see into the future and mental and physical incapacity can hit at any time and unexpectedly - through an accident or an illness.

It can happen to anyone, young or old and can be detrimental to you and your family.

Preparing an LPA alongside your Will
prevents a stranger or someone you
don't trust from having the authority
to make decisions for you in relation to finances and health and welfare decisions.

LPA’s are key legal protection documents and anyone aged over 18 needs them in place.

We make this process easy for you, by home visits and out of office hour appointments and we also act as your “certifier" and can liaise with your attorneys to ensure they understand the process.

LASTING POWERS OF ATTORNEY - key lifetime protection documents.

Documents cover Property and Finances and
Health and Welfare decisions.

Appoint people you trust to act for you if you are unable to deal with these things in your lifetime.

Documents need to be registered at Court for your Attorneys to be able to act.

Unfortunately registration times are taking 6 months at Court and so do not leave it until it’s too late.

Using people with the right qualifications to do the job properly for you is so important. ❤️

This is me and a great friend Stephen Dowling of SC Prodrive - painter and decorator, Teesside (boxer and trainer in his spare time!)

Like Dowlo says if a P & D turns up with new clean brushes - don’t hire him!

If a Will Writer turns up having done a one day course - with no law degree - no STEP diploma - no time served in legal practice - don’t hire them!
