Our vision is for as many family mediation services as possible to organise special local events to help raise awareness, which can be promoted locally and then hopefully nationally. Here are just a few ideas for events you could hold during the week:

-Attending local market – hiring a stall
-Local radio interview
-Create information leaflet detailing family mediation
-Provide Free half hour sess

-Staff library information desk or produce notice boards / banner stands at information points
In the month leading up to the week, we will launch a website to display a National map. Once you’ve come up with some promotional ideas, you will be able to upload details of your activities onto the site. We hope that as the Family Mediation Week gains more momentum as more services engage. The Ministry of Justice will also provide press coverage on a national level during the same week.
