We are pleased to congratulate our client on the successful £1.2m refinance of Hatters Food Hall in Denton, and proud to have been appointed to carry out the legal work around the transaction.
Ben Eaton, Associate in our Commercial Property team, assisted with the refinance, working to a particularly tight deadline. With the client's existing borrowing term coming to an end, it was important that the transaction was completed within 7 days to avoid a significant renewal fee.
The £1.2m refinance, against a property valuation of £2m, was completed with Roma Finance, who were great to work with in getting the deal over the line.
Hatters Food Hall is an exciting Greater Manchester venue which is already gathering some fantastic momentum, so we're delighted to have played our part in this latest stage of its journey.
From instruction to completion, the legal work was turned around in just five days. It's a great example of how the experience and expertise within our Commercial Property team at Ralli Solicitors LLP enables us to respond quickly when timescales are tight and get transactions completed for our clients.
