I am a Criminal Defence Solicitor and regularly represent clients throughout England and Wales. I solely deal with private client work to the highest standard and have represented thousands of clients over the years. I cover and advise on all motoring offences where individuals, companies have been either summoned or charged to attend the Magistrates Court, Crown Court, Court of Appeal and High Court. High Court citation below and other High Court cases ongoing at present. Although I have expertise in all areas,I deal with specific recommendations relating to death cases where Dangerous Driving or Careless Driving are being investigated by Police forces throughout the UK. Specific Police forces relate to Thames Valley, Warwickshire, Metropolitan, Sussex, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Essex and North Yorkshire. I am one of the leading experts in DVLA Medical Revocations and regularly requested to assist companies and individuals for Group 2 and Group 1 licences. I am familiar with the system and can advise anyone who is in difficulty with the DVLA and the medical revocation of their licence. I regularly appear before the Court and can be instructed as an agent to represent your clients at the Police Station or Magistrates Court(England and Wales). In addition I can deal with matters which include DVLA prosecutions for a variety of offences. Alongside my expertise for motoring offences I deal with private criminal matters.
