New rules mean the rent you advertise is the rent you're stuck with 👀
Landlords can no longer accept offers above the listed price, so there's no bidding war left to fix a number that was set too low.
Price too high and the property sits empty. Price too low and you can't correct it. Get it wrong altogether, even by accident, and it's a fine of up to £7,000.
