Many people are dying every day in Pakistan in the result of road traffic accidents but there is no government who can even think about these deaths. No Government ever thought to make traffic laws to regulate drivers OR to provide proper training to drivers before issuing them licence, to make sure the road users and travellers are safe. Why Pakistani government cannot implement traffic laws similar to United Kingdom for example to implement driving test and practical test for driving before issuance of driving licence. Why Pakistani government cannot make a centralised institution to regularise all drivers and vehicle records at one place similar to DVLA in UK. Remember death is death weather it is due to illness or in the result of accident and the Government is answerable if it failed in making such laws to secure lives of the citizens. If government can make hospitals to save its citizens then why government cannot make proper effective traffic laws and a proper mechanism for safe drivers in Pakistan. The traffic police already failed and there are lots of people driving vehicles even without licence in Pakistan everybody knows this but there is no action. There is lots of revenue for government if the Government can manage records of vehicles and drives properly and the Government can even generate lots of jobs from this sector as well.
