Many people are dying every day in Pakistan in the result of road traffic accidents but there is no government who can even think about these deaths. No Government ever thought to make traffic laws to regulate drivers OR to provide proper training to drivers before issuing them licence, to make sure the road users and travellers are safe. Why Pakistani government cannot implement traffic laws similar to United Kingdom for example to implement driving test and practical test for driving before issuance of driving licence. Why Pakistani government cannot make a centralised institution to regularise all drivers and vehicle records at one place similar to DVLA in UK. Remember death is death weather it is due to illness or in the result of accident and the Government is answerable if it failed in making such laws to secure lives of the citizens. If government can make hospitals to save its citizens then why government cannot make proper effective traffic laws and a proper mechanism for safe drivers in Pakistan. The traffic police already failed and there are lots of people driving vehicles even without licence in Pakistan everybody knows this but there is no action. There is lots of revenue for government if the Government can manage records of vehicles and drives properly and the Government can even generate lots of jobs from this sector as well.

Miss K’s in laws (British Husband) did not extend her visa up to 6 years. Meanwhile she became pregnant and one day her in laws called immigration and informed them that there is one overstayed lady in their house> Miss K’s in laws informed home office that they want to deport her from united kingdom. The home office visited the house and taken Miss K to immigration detention centre the Pennine House near Manchester air port to deport her from UK, Whitefield Solicitors involvement started at this stage when parents of Miss K contacted Whitefield Solicitors from Pakistan for assistance. Miss K then managed to stay on temporary basis in the house of one of her known family friend. Whitefield solicitors then reported Miss K domestic violence to Police, doctor and social workers. Whitefield solicitors then applied for an emergency visa for Miss K and her visa was approved within two weeks and after that Miss K was accommodated in a government funded hostel for her accommodation because now she was allowed to get public funds. Whitefield Solicitors then involved Greater Manchester Police and conducted video recorded interview of Miss K with the assistance of an interpreter. Miss K’s application was approved within 6 weeks and she was granted indefinite leave to remain in UK. Whitefield Solicitors ltd submitted a highly educated IT Professional's case to Home Office for his leave to remain, the application was refused unfairly by Home Office on the grounds of amendments of his tax returns regarding his previous income declared in his previous application. Whitefield Solicitors Ltd 's professional team decided to challenge this Home Office in High Court after having consultation with the client. Pre Action protocol was submitted to Home Office litigation Team in London inviting them to review the case and grant our client leave to remain as refusal of Home Office was unfair.
