G v SSHD – Home Office Withdraws Refusal After 2 Years Following Britlaw Solicitors’ Urgent Appeal Preparation
Our client was refused refugee status by the Home Office in 2024. An appeal was lodged with the First‑tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber), but due to in-person representation, and documentation gaps had stalled the appeal for almost 2 years. The Tribunal had scheduled a final hearing for September 2026.
