No Fault Divorce becomes live today.
As a profession we have waited a long time for this. Couples can now divorce without having to apportion blame. The hope is that this will take away some of the pressure of separation at the beginning of the process.
It doesn't though make any changes to how finances are dealt with or how arrangements for the children are decided.
