🏍️ Weren't wearing full protective gear when you came off your bike? You may still be able to claim.

A helmet, gloves and protective clothing can help reduce how badly you're hurt, and that may help your claim. But not wearing them doesn't automatically stop you from making one.

What matters most is how the accident happened and whether someone else was at fault. In some cases, compensation may be reduced if your injuries were made worse by missing gear. It all comes down to your circumstances and the medical evidence.

🚗🚲 Accident involving more than one type of road user? It can feel complicated, but you may still be able to claim.

When a collision involves a mix of cars, motorbikes, cyclists or pedestrians, the blame doesn't always fall on one person. Sometimes one party is found fully responsible. Other times, responsibility is shared.
