A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) is one of those documents people often push to the back of their minds — until life suddenly gets difficult.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting solicitors and fee earners with case preparation and legal research.
• Drafting correspondence, legal documents, and court forms.
• Managing client files and maintaining accurate records.
• Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties.
• Attending meetings and taking notes where required.
• Providing general administrative support to the legal team.
