Last night's programme where our Solicitor Iftekhar Hossain followed up discussions regarding Zambrano application under EU settlement & debunked some misconceptions, bias, fear mongering and unsubstantiated claims which discouraged people who qualifes under "Akinsanya" case law to make such applications.

"Fratila and Tanase vs SSWP (2020)" was discussed where under pre settled status if one can get social security benefits or not was explained. Also some interesting questions on race discrimination, harassment etc were answered.
