The High Court has issued important directions in proceedings connected to the “BlueSky Greet” matter and assets linked to Tianjin Lantian Gerui Electronic Technology Ltd.

A key deadline has now been set for individuals wishing to make a claim under section 281 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002. Applications must be issued by 4:00pm on 22 May 2026.

Importantly, the Court has confirmed that applications may be submitted jointly through English legal representatives, allowing multiple applicants to proceed through an aggregated application.

Lisa’s Law Solicitors is currently collecting information from potential victims who may wish to join a joint / aggregated application in the UK proceedings.
