Sales activity strengthened this September, with more homes finding buyers and fewer new properties coming to market compared with last year.

📍 56 new listings, compared with 62 in September 2025 — down 9.7%.
🤝 51 sales agreed, compared with 37 last September — up 37.8%.

Across the property listings reviewed, the average residential instruction price was approximately £638,000, while the average advertised price of homes marked sold was approximately £596,000.*
