Questions for Andy Burnham when he publishes his Manchester City meetings:

1. 11 September 2019, the Etihad, Vincent Kompany's testimonial. You were photographed with Khaldoon Al Mubarak, chairman of Manchester City. Who hosted you, and was it declared?
2. Every other match you watched at the Etihad as Mayor. Dates, host, hospitality.
3. Every call, message and dinner with the owners' representatives, 2017 to today.
4. Everything since you entered Downing Street.

"One significant meeting" is not an answer. Manchester City is owned by Sheikh Mansour, Vice President of the UAE.

BREAKING: Andy Burnham has finally agreed to publish details of his meetings with Manchester City's owners, after outrage from other parties, fans, human rights organisations and the country alike.

Good. He says he had one "significant meeting" with the owners as Mayor of Greater Manchester, in 2021. One meeting is not the whole story. What about the unofficial ones: the hospitality, the calls, the messages, the conversations that were never minuted? Publish everything, from the town hall to Downing Street, formal and informal.

Some meetings are more equal than others.

Manchester City is owned by Sheikh Mansour, Vice President of the UAE.
