Tenants are you still being "ghosted" after making an offer?

One thing we hoped would improve with the new rental laws was communication. Yet we still hear and are experiencing the same thing:

📧 Send paperwork

Then... nothing. Just silence.

We know agents are busy and many properties receive multiple applications, but being left in limbo can be incredibly frustrating.

What the end of no‑pet clauses means for renters?

Tenants in the private rented sector in England will soon have the right to request to keep a pet.
From 1 May, new rules will give tenants in England's private rented sector the right to request to keep pets.
