Non-Molestation Orders based on False Allegations destroy lives, yet 130 Orders are made every day, and many of those are based on lies and exageration.

If you are representing yourself in the Family Courts, it is important to know that you can challenge Solicitors

The Consent order must be correct.

✅ They miss out important points
✅ They word things to suit themselves
✅ They add things that were never agreed
✅ They use their own values

When your Section 7 Report recommends no contact or letter writing only

If you are representing yourself in the Family Courts, it is important to know that the report can be challenged

THE JUDGE is the person that decides what happens, not CAFCASS.

✅ Assumptions of abuse or drug abuse when there are no findings.
✅ A biased report because if your ex says it happened it probably did! (Crazy)
✅ When you have provided clear drug tests but they assume you will relapse!
✅ When they recommend no contact because it will upset your ex!
✅ Crazy reports from Crazy CAFCASS Officers

Regardelss of how well you represent yurself in Court, the Outcome is often obvious 👨‍⚖️

✅ Most cases follow a set course
✅ You dont need to be an expert Lawyer to get a good outcome
✅ Your situation will spell out the likley result
✅ Judge your likely outcome and that will help you to focus on your result
✅ Trying to get the impossible will probably get you less than you should have

Showing respect to others in Court will never harm your case 👨‍⚖️
