In response to the recent crisis in Afghanistan following the Taliban takeover, the UK Home Office announced that protection will be provided for vulnerable Afghans fleeing the country.

❗️❗️❗️Attention our clients in the UK who are either EU nationals or who are not EU nationals, but they are family members of EU nationals, for example their spouses, children, siblings etc.❗️❗️❗️

You must apply for settled or pre-settled status until 30 June 2021 even if you have a valid BRP card issued to you under the EU regulations. Your documents will become invalid and you will become illegal if you do not apply under the EU Settlement Scheme by 30 June 2021.
