This one’s a big moment for us.

We’ve officially launched our Conveyancing Training Academy at Evolve Law 🎉

The idea’s been simple from day one — conveyancing training should actually prepare you for the job, not just tick a box.

Too many people come into the industry and get left to figure things out as they go. Standards are slipping and we wanted to change that.

So we’ve built something that’s practical, honest, and grounded in real experience:

• No fluff — what you actually need to know for your future career

• Real scenarios, real challenges, real learning

• Support from people who’ve been doing this for years

• A clear path for people who want to get better, progress and qualify

This isn’t just about learning the law or process. We’re committed to training all the other soft skills required to be a conveyancing superstar including giving you the tools to focus on your own wellbeing

It reflects what we’re about at Evolve — doing things properly, raising standards, and backing people who want to build a career in this industry.

It’s been a lot of hard work but we’re really proud to get this off the ground and looking forward to seeing where it goes 🚀

Most people focus on the shiny kitchens, big gardens, or location…
But here’s the thing people often overlook. Conveyancing.

While the core legal steps are similar, buying a new build comes with its own quirks:

Tighter timescales: Developers often want you to exchange quickly.
Extra checks: Planning permissions, building regulations, and warranties.
