A property viewing is an important part of the selling process, but the quality of the appointment can make a real difference to how a buyer experiences the home.

From 3–4 September, the event will run live online for 24 hours, bringing together 48 sessions and a huge line-up of speakers, with the aim of raising as much as possible for Breast Cancer Now and Andy’s Man Club.

And at 18:30, our own Wendy Peterman — writing as Libby Elliott — will be reading a bedtime story from Princess Rosa & the Underwater Surprise.

The event is completely free to watch, so if you can, please tune in, share it with others and support the fundraising.

It is wonderful to see so many people giving their time to support two very worthwhile causes, and we are delighted that Wendy is part of it.

When viewing a property, it is natural to focus on the asking price and whether the home fits within your budget.

However, the cost of owning a property continues long after completion.
