I’ve been recognised 🎉 all glory to Jesus

Thank you very much Koncept Conference | Tech Horizons 2030 for the kind award. I’m truly honoured to be recognised and included among such a distinguished group of professionals.

I’m very grateful for the opportunity and excited by the prospect of participating in the conference in Tokyo next February. The themes of emerging technology, innovation, and global collaboration strongly align with my work in AI governance, responsible innovation, and public policy through

Was invited to an exclusive event - a private members club in Marble Arch - with tech leaders. We were fed well and I really enjoyed making new connections. It’s such a lovely space!

The organisations winning with AI right now aren’t necessarily the most technical.

They’re the ones asking better questions.

Not:

“What AI tools should we buy?”

But:

“Where can AI create the most value?”
“What workflows are slowing us down?”
“What risks are we unintentionally creating?”

That shift in thinking changes everything.

Because AI isn’t just a technology decision anymore.
It’s an operational and strategic one.

The firms pulling ahead are:

→ Identifying high-impact use cases early
→ Embedding AI into real workflows
→ Putting governance structures in place before problems emerge

Everyone else is still experimenting.

That’s why I created the AI Opportunity Assessment.

A focused engagement designed to help organisations:

1. Identify where AI can deliver measurable ROI
2. Reduce inefficiencies and manual bottlenecks
3. Build a responsible implementation roadmap aligned with UK/EU expectations

So instead of reacting to AI trends…

You start making deliberate, defensible strategic decisions.

As part of this campaign, I’m speaking with a small number of organisations exploring how to move from AI curiosity → AI capability.

If that sounds relevant to your organisation, comment “AI” or send me a message.

I’m truly honoured to be invited to the Commonwealth Study Conference 70th Anniversary Leadership Forum, and I’m very grateful to both Sidra Iqbal and Dr Agnes Di Leonardi for thinking of me.

The forum sounds incredibly timely and distinguished, and I’m delighted to attend and contribute to the conversations on leadership, trust, and global influence.
