📢PROBATE SERVICE UPDATE

As of 18th January MyHMCTS portal submissions require an HM Revenue and Customs code for settled inheritance tax affairs.

New PA1Q and PA1P forms, for paper applications, will soon include this code.

Applications without a code won't be accepted on MyHMCTS to streamline processes.
