Success Story: Sponsor Licence granted in 24 hours, with a CoS allocated. πŸŽ‰

An air conditioning installation and services company came to us. They had already found the worker they wanted to hire. What they needed was a sponsor licence, and they needed the decision quickly.
So we got to work.

Our approach is always the same. Go through every document, line by line, and make sure nothing is missing that could put the licence application at risk of rejection.

That attention to detail and team expertise mattered here.

βœ… Submitted under the priority service on 27 May
βœ… Sponsor licence granted on 29 May, just one day after the supporting documents went in

Success Story: The Home Office refused our client's request for 21 Certificates of Sponsorship. We got that decision reversed.

Our client needed to renew the Certificates of Sponsorship for workers they already employed. So they submitted a request for 21 Undefined CoS through the Sponsor Management System, with supporting documents included voluntarily.

The Home Office refused it.

For a sponsor, that is serious. These were existing workers whose certificates needed renewing, and the refusal left the business with no idea what had gone wrong.

So we did not simply resubmit and hope.
We:
βœ… Reviewed the refusal in detail
βœ… Identified that it was legally flawed
βœ… Challenged it through Pre-Action Protocol (PAP)
The result?

The Home Office accepted the decision had been "incorrectly reached"

Sponsor Licence Granted with 2 CoS After Previous Revocation and Refusal

And this one had a real history behind it.

The licence had been revoked back in May 2024. The client waited out the cooling off period and reapplied in July 2025. That application was refused in November, because the payslips did not clearly show overtime hours.

This is the kind of case where experience genuinely matters. We do a lot of Sponsor Licence work, and reapplications after a refusal need to be handled carefully. UKVI assesses them differently from a first time application.

They are looking to see whether you actually understood what went wrong last time, or whether you have just resubmitted the same file with a different cover letter.

So we worked with the client to fix the payroll issue at the root, not just on paper. Rebuilt the sponsor file so everything lined up.

Submitted on 14 May 2026. Granted shortly after, with 2 CoS, no additional information requested.

If your last Sponsor Licence application was refused and you are thinking about reapplying, please do not just submit the same thing again. Get in touch with us first. We will go through your refusal letter, work out what actually needs to change.

Most sponsor licence holders only think about compliance after the Home Office gets in touch.

By then, the window to prepare has already closed.

Our client came to us before that moment. They wanted to know exactly where they stood before any Home Office visit.
We ran a full mock compliance audit.

The result?
⚠️ A successful home office sponsor licence audit outcome. Licence protected. Workforce protected. Business protected.

Here is what the client said:
"Really pleased with Nara Solicitors. They supported us through our sponsorship audit which resulted in a successful outcome. A huge thank you to Nandini who worked incredibly hard with us to make the audit a success. Thank you so much."

That outcome was not good fortune. It was preparation.

A real Home Office compliance visit does not give you time to get your house in order.

If you hold a sponsor licence, the smartest thing you can do is stress-test it before someone else does.

🚨 Sponsor Licence Reinstated After Revocation Following Successful Pre-Action Protocol by Nara Solicitors.

We’re pleased to share another successful outcome for our client, whose Skilled Worker Sponsor Licence was revoked by the Home Office on 24 February 2026.

Following urgent legal intervention and a carefully prepared Pre-Action Protocol (PAP) challenge by our team, the Home Office has now accepted that the revocation decision was incorrect. The sponsor licence will be reinstated within 20 working days.

This outcome protects the client’s ability to continue sponsoring skilled migrant workers and safeguards the continuity of their business operations.

Sponsor licence revocation is one of the most serious enforcement actions a UK business can face. For organisations reliant on skilled migrant workers, the consequences can be immediate and severe.

Many businesses underestimate how technical and strict sponsor compliance has become. The Home Office expects flawless record-keeping, robust HR processes, accurate reporting, and complete audit readiness at all times.

In cases like this, the quality of legal representation can make the critical difference.
A successful PAP challenge requires:

Deep knowledge of sponsor licence guidance and compliance duties
Sharp ability to identify legal and procedural errors in Home Office decisions
Strong drafting and strategic representation
Urgent action within tight timescales
Judicial Review expertise where necessary

At Nara Solicitors, we regularly help businesses facing sponsor licence suspension or revocation with clear strategy and practical commercial advice.

This case demonstrates how experienced legal intervention can successfully reverse a revocation.

If your sponsor licence has been suspended or revoked, get in touch with us immediately.

The UK keeps its highest-paid migrants. Wrong.

A new government report (Migration Advisory Committee, published 12 May 2026) has tracked 916,000 Skilled Worker migrant journeys between 2014 and 2024.

The findings cut against several common assumptions.

πŸ”΄ Migrants earning under Β£40,000 had the highest stay rates. Every higher salary band had lower odds of holding valid status after 5 years.
πŸ”΄ 94% of nurses still held valid UK immigration status 5 years after arrival. The highest of any common occupation.
πŸ”΄ Only 57% of academic researchers (in the Skilled Worker route) did. The lowest.
πŸ”΄ Health and social work workers: 88.2% five-year stay rate. All other industries combined: 76.4%.
πŸ”΄ Arrivals aged 45 and over: only 65% stayed. Under 45s: 81%.
πŸ”΄ Stay rates have risen every year. 2014 arrivals: 74%. 2019 arrivals: 85%.

We have broken the full report down, with all eight findings and charts.

A refused UK Visitor Visa does not have to be the end of the story.

This week, we received a message that reminded us exactly why we do this work:

⭐ "We are truly grateful to Nara Solicitors for their exceptional support and guidance throughout my father's UK visa process. After an initial refusal, their team handled everything with professionalism, clarity, and strong legal expertise."

Behind every Visitor Visa application is a family waiting. A father wanting to see his children. Parents hoping to attend a graduation, a wedding, or simply spend time with grandchildren. Relatives invited to share a milestone moment.

When a refusal arrives, it is not just paperwork. It is a door closing on a family reunion.

If you are in the UK and need help bringing a loved one over, we can support you with:

βœ… First-time Visitor Visa applications for parents, dependants, and relatives
βœ… Refusal reviews and fresh applications after a previous refusal

Most Visitor Visa refusals we see are not because the applicant did anything wrong. They happen because the application did not present the full picture in the way the Entry Clearance Officer needs to see it.

That is where expert legal support changes the outcome.

If your parent, dependant, or relative has been refused a UK Visitor Visa, or you want to give the application the strongest possible chance the first time, speak to us before you submit again.

Success Story: 3 additional undefined Certificates of Sponsorship granted for a UK care provider.

Our client had used their full CoS allocation and needed more care workers to meet rising demand.

The challenge?

πŸ”΄ Standard processing time can take up to 18 weeks
πŸ”΄ Home Office scrutiny in the care sector has tightened
πŸ”΄ Priority slots are almost impossible to secure (100 slots, hundreds of requests daily)

We:

βœ… Prepared a well-supported request showing genuine need
βœ… Got the supporting evidence right first time
βœ… Avoided any further Home Office queries

Result: All 3 CoS granted. Recruitment continues without delay.

Vague or incomplete submissions are the most common reason for CoS delays and refusals. Get it right the first time.
