Our firm's Mr Andreou represented a client at the High Court which included a criminal law. We refer to this as quasi-criminal and he had to prove his client's case beyond a reasonable doubt. Such applications are very technical and require careful consideration of the evidence and the law. As a Higher Rights Advocate, Mr Androeu is a specialist advocate and represents his client's throughout England and Wales, including the Court of Appeal.

Our firm's Xen Andreou just received an enquiry for our Will writing service. The prospective client was a Dr providing care at the front line to patients with COVID 19. The reality is that there will be Drs, Nurses, Staff putting their lives on the line to help fight this deadly illness. This Dr is putting his life on the line for us. He has a wife and 2 children and he is aware of the risks yet will still be going to where some Drs consider to be a warzone. However, some refuse to take social distancing seriously and put themselves and other people at risk. Also, the panic buying is just as senseless, at a time we should be helping one another and rising above fear. This is what the world has become but there are those who are willing to self sacrifice for others, just like that Dr who I spoke to no matter what religion, colour, race, carelessness, ignorance or otherwise, he is prepared to risk his life for you. Be grateful that people like this still exist on this earth because without them we have no chance and there would be no point in our existence, just empty wood, no pulse or feelings, just wood. We should all put some time aside to think about all the Drs, Nurse and staff that will be working tonight and until this pandemic ends. They will be risking their lives for us. Just care to take that thought.
