I’ve been thinking about this a lot recently…When people ask “what does a Case Manager do?” what do I say? 👀 ever wondered what a case manager actually does?

because here’s the thing: I could give you the official CMS definition (and yes, it’s accurate)…but let’s be honest, no one outside the industry has a clue what that means.

so instead, here’s a real story:

a mum in her 40s, post-accident, exhausted just climbing the stairs.
endless consultants. endless appointments. a family trying to hold it together.

my job? connect the dots. get the right people talking. fight for funding.
basically, make sure she wasn’t just surviving, but actually rebuilding her life.

that’s case management. not the textbook, the real thing.
