Getting a bit chilly at home? Don't be wandering around without a jumper on. Shut doors to stop draughts moving around and actually CHECK the temperature to see if really need the heating on.
It's 19c / 66f in my lounge and the Energy Efficiency advice card states "Comfortable, Do not adjust your heating"

Another great day of sunshine and solar power in Devon today.

26.88 kWh generated today. That's 10.48 more than is the expected amount for June, and beats the highest amount generated in one day last year, which was 26.41 on 19/06/12. And on 1st June last year, only 8.22kWh was generated.
AND.....£12.58p was earned (as well as all the elec savings of course) and 18.82lb of CO2 was avoided.
HURRAH for solar power :-)

Just been watching the electricity meter go backwards at Mum and Dad's as over 26.49kW of energy has been produced so far. The average for this month is meant to be 16.4, so way over target, and the sun is still shining at 7.42pm.
