Great result today at Thames Magistrates Court for our client charged with being in charge of a dangerous dog that injured someone.

Given the nature of the case, she was looking at a custodial sentence, but we managed to mitigate successfully and she was fined.

Brilliant result !

Fantastic result for our client today at Snaresbrook Crown Court.

It's not always about a not guilty. Sometimes you have to accept your mistakes.

Accused of s18 GBH, he accepted stabbing the victim 3 times in the chest and neck.

After hearing fantastic mitigation prepared by us, he proved that he was the one attacked, and had acted over zealously in defending himself.

5-8 years was the guidelines.

He recieved 3 years, after a guilty plea. Amazing result.

Thames Magistrates Court - We managed to get bail for our client who was found with over £550,000 in cash, and over £160,000 in gold ingots.

Now that's something that doesn't happen everyday !

Another amazing result for our Criminal Defence Team.

Our client was accused of being the Lead figure in the UK's largest infiltration of the O2 network, and Apple. Over 250,000 pages of evidence was served in this huge case, with investigative strands in India as well as the UK.

After a hard fought trial, where Ms Rhiannon Crimmins of Furnival Chambers acted as Counsel, our client was found Not Guilty !
