Waterfront advised the founders of Realla Ltd, the UK’s largest free-to-list online search engine for commercial property, in the sale of Realla to the CoStar Group, the leading global provider of commercial real estate information analytics and online market places.

The Waterfront team was led by Angus Young (Partner) with support from Okachi Kejeh, Graham Halliday and Matthew Akehurst (Associates).

Waterfront advised the founders (Ian Parry and Andrew Miles) of Realla Ltd (“Realla”), in the sale of their shares in Realla, a commercial property search engine, to the CoStar Group, the leading global provider of commercial real estate information analytics and online market places.
