To celebrate the Italian Design Day 2026, the Embassy of Italy in London and the Italian Trade Agency (ITA), in collaboration with INTERNI Magazine, presented “Re-Design: Regenerating Spaces, Objects, Ideas and Relations” at .
The event, opened by Ambassador Fabio Cassese, brought together some of the leading voices in contemporary design to reflect on the evolution of Italian design and its international impact and was followed by a masterclass delivered by architect Giulio Cappellini and a conversation featuring designer Jay Osgerby and Jack Wates, Programme Leader in Product and Interior Design at Istituto Marangoni London, moderated by Architect Carlo Biasia of INTERNI Magazine.
Italian Design Day is an initiative promoted by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in collaboration with the Italian Ministry of Culture across Italy’s diplomatic network worldwide. This year it is dedicated to the role of design as a driver of cultural, social and industrial regeneration, capable of reinterpreting spaces, objects and relationships through innovation, sustainability and design excellence.
