Controlled Foreign Companies (CFC) concern every Ukrainian resident 🇺🇦 who owns or controls a business abroad ✈️.

Even a small share may fall under the rules ⚡

📌 When is a company considered a CFC?
You own more than 50% 🏢
25% together with other Ukrainians 🤝
You effectively manage decisions or finances 💳

📌 What should a CFC owner do?
Notify the tax authorities 📄
Submit an annual report with your tax declaration 🗂
Pay tax on undistributed profit 💰:
Until 2024: 18% personal income tax (PIT) + 1.5% military levy
From 2025: 18% PIT + 5% military levy

💡 Note: If dividends are paid before filing, lower rate applies — 9% PIT +1.5% military levy.
