Here’s a question a Landlord recently asked.
Can I add interest on top of the rent payment for late payment of my rent?
If you do not have this already in your tenancy agreement you will be unable to charge a late payment fee.
Of course if they had been using RentAssure Rental Guarantee this problem would not be an issues as payments are paid promptly on time every month.
