Then you may need a travel consent form or letter, and a notary to help you be on your way.

They are needed if the child is being taken abroad by someone who has no parental responsibility, or if not everyone with responsibility is going.

Parents and guardians hold parental responsibility.

The form must be notarised by a notary, then legalised so it is valid abroad. We can help you with this.
