We recently completed a comprehensive snagging inspection on this exclusive, newly renovated home in North London. Our team identified 314 issues, ensuring every detail aligns with the highest industry standards.

Some of the key findings included:
• Excessive gap between the door and frame, exceeding the 4mm maximum outlined in NHBC 9.1.4.

• Significant ridge in the subfloor, breaching NHBC level and flatness tolerances.

• 25mm level difference between thresholds—posing a trip hazard.

• Shaving socket incorrectly positioned less than 300mm from the sink.

• Shower tray fall insufficient at 6mm over 900mm, risking water pooling and non-compliance.
