𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Paralegal with expertise in Immigration / Property law to join our dynamic team.
𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
The successful candidate will support our Solicitors in managing a varied caseload, ensuring the highest standards of legal service. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
𝐈𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐚𝐰:
• Assist with preparing visa applications, appeals, and judicial review cases.
• Conduct legal research on immigration policies, rules, and precedents.
• Draft witness statements, cover letters, and other supporting documents for applications.
• Liaise with clients to gather and verify necessary documentation.
• Manage correspondence with the Home Office and relevant authorities.
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐋𝐚𝐰:
• Assist with residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases.
• Conduct title searches and draft contracts under supervision.
• Prepare Land Registry applications and manage post-completion formalities.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Maintain accurate and organized case files using the firm’s case management systems.
• Provide administrative support, including diary management and scheduling.
• Handle client enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm policies.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• A minimum of 1 year experience as a Paralegal in Immigration / Property law.
• A solid understanding of immigration procedures and property transactions.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using legal case management software.
• A client-focused approach with the ability to handle sensitive matters discreetly.
