Eco Pro Properties had the pleasure to carry out these two commercial EPCs in central London;

Courtauld Institute of Art - is a research-led, independent College of the University of London built in 1932.

Duchy house - one of the oldest buildings in London dating back to the 1800s - now used for student accommodation, comprising of 63 rooms over 4 floors!

Both buildings had their original single glazed, stained glass; with secondary glazing added to keep the heat in.

Today I got to visit 2 completely different properties…
1 # A 5 floor mid terrace house located in my favourite area - Richmond Hill. Beautiful views of Richmond park followed by amazing art work and architecture within the property.
2 # A completely scrapped back property in Fulham - never been renovated since built in 1871. The basement still had the manholes from the street where coal was dropped down to heat the property.
