We are delighted to welcome Alphfeus to the YVA Solicitors team.
Alphfeus specialises in corporate transactions, advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets and financing matters. He works with private companies, founders, investors and high-net-worth individuals across a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions.
With experience spanning M&A, management buyouts, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, Alphfeus has supported transactions ranging from £1m to £500m. His expertise includes both share and asset sales, alongside the preparation and negotiation of key transaction documentation. He also brings strong capital markets experience, including work on LSE Main Market IPOs, bond securitisations and governance and compliance frameworks.
Alphfeus regularly advises founders and management teams on structuring and growth-stage transactions, supporting businesses as they scale and prepare for investment or exit. He has experience in multi-jurisdictional matters, working closely with offshore counsel across Guernsey, Jersey, the Cayman Islands and Luxembourg to deliver transactions efficiently and effectively.
Known for his commercial awareness, responsiveness and clear communication, Alphfeus plays a key role in guiding transactions from inception through to completion.
