Mind quits LONG before the body does!

When you take on an extreme test like the David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge, you must run "4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours". By the end of it, you are running "2 marathons in the space of 48 hours"!

The physical pain isn't the real enemy! The ultimate war is in your head!

Business is the same, you start with sleepless nights but keep going, at points you my feel like giving up but you continue and get to finish.

Measured building survey in Cricklewood

Client needed this to be completed in stages.
Top floor flat over two floors cost £11085+VAT
And ground floor flat £919+VAT

If all would be done in a single visit, the client probably would be able to save £500 +VAT

As these flats were for 2 independent clients, the total cost for this project was £2004+VAT and it took two-site visits.

Always first identify the scope of work and the required deliverables because if done in one go, you save money!
