🇷🇴Sunt bucuros sa anunt cu intarziere numirea mea ca director al departamentului de International Real Estate din cadrul McHale & Co Solicitors inca din luna Aprilie, companie in cadrul careia coordonez o echipa de avocati juniori specializata in tranzactii imobiliare pentru clientii nostri internationali. Cu birouri in Manchester, Londra dar si cu planuri de expansiune in Europa continentala, sunt mandru de a fi parte a acestui proiect inca din 2020.
Le sunt foarte recunoscator mentorului meu Kamil Tomaszewski pentru ca a crezut in mine de la inceput, lui Adam Horner pentru sansa oferita si prietenia sa, lui Andrew McHale pentru ca ne inspira sa devenim mai buni in fiecare zi, minunatului Jim Schofield pentru ca m-a instruit in stagiatura, dar si colegilor mei fara care acest lucru nu ar fi fost posibil.
Cateva lucruri despre echipa noastra:
1. Am inchis personal sute de tranzactii pentru comunitatea romanilor din Anglia si Tara Galilor pana in acest moment, inclusiv cazuri complexe
2. Avem 150 tranzactii live in orice moment al anului
3. Pana la finalul anului financiar 2025/2026 vom finaliza minimum 360 de tranzactii cu o medie de 8 saptamani / tranzactie de la initiere pana la completion, mult sub media nationala pentru astfel de tranzactii
4. Cumulat, membrii echipei noastre pot asista clientii nostri internationali in limbile romana, poloneza, araba, rusa, italiana, germana, franceza
Voi continua sa fiu un partener fidel al comunitatii de business si a clientilor vorbitori de limba romana din Marea Britanie, dar si a businessurilor britanice din Romania pentru asistenta in drept comercial si real estate.
🇬🇧I am delighted to belatedly announce my appointment as Head of International Real Estate at McHale & Co Solicitors since April , leading a team of junior lawyers specialising in real estate transactions for our international clients. With offices in Manchester, London and plans to expand into continental Europe in the future, I am proud to be part of this project since 2020.
Very grateful to my mentor Kamil Tomaszewski for believing in me from the start, to Adam Horner for the opportunity to join the firm and his friendship, to Andrew McHale for inspiring us to progress, to the amazing Jim Schofied for training me but also to my colleagues and peers without whom this would not have been possible.
A few things about our team:
1. I have personally closed hundreds of transactions for the Romanian community in England and Wales so far, including complex cases
2. My team runs 150 live transactions at any given tine
3. By the end of the 2025/2026 financial year we will complete a minimum of 360 transactions with an average of 8 weeks / transaction from initiation to completion, beating the national average
4. Cumulatively, our team members can assist our international clients in Romanian, Polish, Arabic, Russian, Italian, German, French
I will continue to be a loyal partner to the Romanian-speaking business community and clients in the UK, but also to British businesses in Romania for assistance in commercial law and real estate.
