The Founder and Managing Partner, Atef Elmarakby, explains that this steps marks an important milestone in our journey as we continue to grow our internationally focused legal practice connecting the United Kingdom with Egypt, the Middle East and the wider international market.
We have all witnessed in recent months, the growing businesses and investments between the UK and Egypt, based on both governments strategic alliance to promote both economies.
Atef Elmarakby adds, we are seeing increasing demand on legal advice on English law aspects in Egypt from stakeholders including banking institutions, multi nationals companies, and arbitration agreements.
GOOD LAW INTL® was established with a clear purpose: to provide cross-border clients with high-quality UK legal advice combined with an understanding of the commercial, cultural and practical realities of doing business and investing across borders.
Our multilingual team advises individuals, families, entrepreneurs, investors and businesses across a range of UK legal matters, including:
* Corporate & Commercial Law

With our growing presence in London and Cairo, we are particularly proud to be closer to our clients across Egypt and the MENA region, while providing them with direct access to experienced UK legal professionals.
For us, this opening represents much more than a new office location. It is the next stage in building an international legal practice designed for clients whose businesses, investments, families and assets increasingly cross international borders.
We could not have done this without our good clients, colleagues, professional partners and everyone who has supported us on this journey.
GOOD LAW INTL® is officially open — and we look forward to what comes next.
