Review: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Final year (male) medical student on BM5 Medicine programme falsely accused of sexual misconduct against another medical student (female) after a party. The case was not properly investigated by the investigation officer and was referred to a Disciplinary Panel – it took 18 months for the case to be heard by a Disciplinary Panel - during this period RT Coopers worked tirelessly with the student to build a robust defence of the allegations – RT Coopers drafted a detailed statement and advised on every aspect of the case including the evidence that had to be adduced to give the student a chance of becoming a doctor - by the time the Disciplinary Hearing was held the programme had come to an end - despite the lack of evidence furnished by the accuser, a warning was given with thankfully no referral to fitness to practise – the student accepted the outcome and did not appeal in order to move on and start career - there could have been serious ramifications if the case was not handled with the care, sensitivity, dedication and eye for the minutest detail – Now medical doctor.

'Rosanna was the lawyer assigned to my case at RT Coopers. She has been so so helpful with my case, I don't know how I would've gotten through without her. I had contacted about 20 different lawyers before finding Rosanna but right from my first call with her, I could tell Rosanna was passionate and would dedicate herself to my case until resolution. Even before giving me a quote for her work, she had spent many many hours on my case combing over each detail and contacted me regularly to make sure she got everything right. She's been an essential source of moral support over the last year and a half. When I needed help the most, she worked day and night to make sure I was defending myself in the best way possible. She was always reachable on her phone no matter the time, and always quick to reply over email as well. There's just too many good things to say about Rosanna and I can't recommend her enough, I am very grateful to have found her in my darkest hour. Thank you so much Rosanna!' VL

Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Second year Medical student studying the Non-Modular Degrees of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery- marginally failed the resit for the clinical paper -did not submit extenuating circumstances form - withdrawn from the MBBCh - RT Coopers held face to face consultation with IM to particularise the grounds of appeal - RT Coopers drafted appeal against the decision to withdraw IM from the MBBCh

'The help and support I received from Rosanna is more than I could have asked for. I am so grateful of the true care she put into my case and the support and advice she gave me throughout the entire process. I would like to just say thank you for being so kind and thinking about every decision in this case with such care. If I could give more than five stars I would. I was so happy with the guidance given to me from day one as to what evidence I needed to look into as well as the aspects of my case I needed to look into deeper. If it wasn’t for Rosanna I would have been completely overwhelmed and lost with getting back into university. Thanks again'. IM

Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Optometry Fitness to Practise and Exam Failure

'lm incredibly grateful to Dr Cooper and the RT Cooper Solicitors team for their outstanding support in helping me create a crucial statement for my fitness to practise case. Dr Cooper’s expertise and dedication were evident from the very start, and her professionalism truly sets her apart in this field. From the moment I contacted Dr Cooper, her thorough knowledge of fitness to practise matters and her strategic approach gave me confidence. She took the time to understand every detail of my situation, providing personalised attention and ensuring that I felt supported at every step. Her guidance was invaluable in navigating what could have been an overwhelming process, and she always made sure I was informed and comfortable with every decision made.

What truly made a difference for me was Dr Cooper’s support beyond the legal side of things. Over the months of working with her, she provided emotional and mental support that went far beyond what I expected. It felt like I was talking to a friend who genuinely cared, someone who looked out for my best interests and wanted nothing more than to see me succeed. Her empathy and constant reassurance helped me stay grounded during a stressful and challenging time.

Thanks to Dr Cooper’s commitment, my statement was clear, comprehensive, and incredibly well-prepared. Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Final year biotech student applied for Mitigating Circumstances for a module following a neurodivergent diagnosis. The Mitigating Circumstances application was rejected (decision). This decision meant that the student was likely to be awarded a 2:1 instead of a first class honours degree. RT Coopers drafted an appeal against the decision and prepared fresh Mitigating Circumstances for all past and remaining modules in the final year. The grounds of appeal were Mitigating Circumstances and procedural irregularity. The appeal was upheld. The Mitigating Circumstances application was accepted. Student on track for a first class degree on graduation.

'RT Coopers are an excellent professional law firm and I was pleased with the help that I received. Dr. Cooper advised me, and not only is she a brilliant lawyer, but she is also very caring and supportive of all of her clients. My appeal drafted by RT Coopers for extenuating circumstances was upheld and I am most grateful for the help of Rosanna and the academic lawyers. I strongly recommend this quality firm'. Dani C
