Be top of the class โ€“ because you know what legislation and regulation you need to comply with as a property investor!

For the newbies to the property investment โ€˜gameโ€™ and also for those more seasoned, we can offer you a supportive service to help you navigate the choppy waters of the regulations you have to comply with.

Getting a good solicitor when you are looking to enter into this industry is as necessary as buying the actual property!

As the rental industry gets more established, so do the fines handed out for non-compliance.

For example the fines for renting to people who do not have the right to reside in the UK have been raised from three to four digits! Making these checks are essential if you want to be sure of who is renting your property.

Also note that even if you instruct a letting agent to do this on your behalf and they do not do it correctly, you as the landlord are fully liable for any fines even if you have not done the checks yourself.
